My first time visiting chiropractor and DR Paul made my experience so much easier. I will recommend him.

Paul is hands down the best Chiro in Sydney! For someone who has been suffering from neck and back pain for the past 12 months, I had a bad experience with another chiropractic clinic a few months ago and was very reluctant to go see another.However, after weeks of working from home, I woke up one morning not being able to move. I came across Mind, Body & Health on Google and Paul scheduled me in for that day. Since then, I have noticed significant improvements in movement and discomfort from being adjusted within the first few weeks. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his work and helping his clients. He goes beyond the typical 15min adjustment sessions you may find at other clinics. He aims to build long standing relationships with all his clients, takes his time getting to know their individual requirements, then consultants, adjusts and treats accordingly.Without a doubt the best in the industry. Couldn't recommend Paul enough!

Put my back out last Friday night called Paul, he told me to come down straight away, he helped me instantly no messing about like most other Chiro’s and physios. Very happy have been back twice and will be seeing him for all my pains from now on.Thanks mate

Dr Paul is a great chiropractor. He takes time to explain your problem and how he is going to treat you. He is very convenient and flexible for appointments. And most of all, he is very kind!
