Absolute muppet of a property manager locked our kitten out on the 7th storey baloncy of the penthouse we were renting. When I broached the subject could not have cared in the slightest. Lucky he was unharmed as I'd have sued them. Negliant and incompetent. It was in 2013, no I won't be amending the review because it is factual.

We purchased a property in Medindie earlier this year thru Jamie Brown. This was a smooth and informed process. We were very happy as things settled between us and vendor. However, Jamie sometimes seems hard to approach initially but once he realises you are a potential buyer, he keeps you posted and be in touch. Overall a great experience.

I found Charles and Bernie Booth to have an excellent understanding of values and the market, which made the sale of my house a good experience from the outset. They both helped me along the way, Charles in particular, accepting and managing my scruples and expectations for a unique house that needed the right buyer. We met Jamie Brown today at an open inspection and his rudness and disrespect were incredible. He had absolutely no regard for safety when discussing the legality of a completly unfenced pool at the house he was selling, and was horribly dismissive and arrogant. We attended the inspection with our young children and had they run up ahead of us on the driveway they would have gone straight into the water. Disgusting. I would not trust this man to sell me a cup of coffee, let alone a house.

Jamie Brown has sold two houses for us and we have been very happy with the way he undertakes the selling process, from his initial inspection of our houses, through the marketing, to the subsequent sales. The houses were of extremely different architectural styles, in very different locations, and quite different in respect to their market value. At all times he talked positively and encouragingly with us about the quality and sale-ability of our houses. He gave us a good feeling of confidence in his expectation that the houses would sell within his three week marketing schedule at the top or above the advertised market price range. We were completely satisfied with the outcomes in both cases. We give Jamie our highest (A++) recommendation.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Charles Booth when purchasing a property in the CBD. In fact, we met him several times whilst searching for a property, each time he was extremely professional with his unassuming engaging style. The negotiations were conducted without the pressure tactics normally associated with a RE purchase whilst achieving the sale.
