Sam was very prompt in responding to the job. He was very professional, and made sure he arrived on time to my home. We pre-arranged for him to start spraying the outside of my house first to allow some time for me to get home to let him in. I was initially worried about how the pest treatment will affect my two house pets, but he really did put me at ease by explaining the mechanism of action if the chemicals he was using.I highly recommend for you to use Sam!

Sam explained over the phone what would be the appropriate treatment for the flea infestation of my home and gave a competitive quote. Sam arrived at the time and day agreed and explained the treatments for my house, yard and shed. Sam was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable leaving me with confidence that the job would be done as was necessary. I emailed for a quote, Sam was on the phone and responded within about 2 hours, the price was fair. A quote I received from another company was $160 more. Also given Sam didn't know this before giving the cost means he wasn't just knocking it down for competition sake. Sam was on time. Making it easy for me to open up the home for him on my lunch break. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Will absolutely go through him again.
