We are purchasing a home and had Suburban do our inspection.From my first call to the amazing lady on the phone (sorry i cant remember your name) made this process so much easier.Paul rang and spoke to me the day before the inspection and also after he had finished the inspection.Paul asked me to chase up a certificate from the owners and explained very clearly what I was looking for on the certificate.I rang Paul back for a chat and again he was only too happy to help and advise me that everything was ok and a couple of things that could help in the future with the house.I will definitely have Suburban Pest Management maintain our home.

Excellent service by Vicki and team. Very professional, punctual, on task all the time. Had a fantastic experience right from the time of inspection and quoting by Vicki and later with the chemical dosing and technical work by Ethan and Billy. Really happy with the service I recieved. When I rang to book in the lady was very nice and helpful and answered all my questions. The lady that came to do the pest control was extremely professional and very nice. She did a great job and I'm really happy. Definately recommend them.

Excellent professional and friendly service from when I first made an enquiry regarding cost to the termite inspection and pest extermination. Brendan M was thorough, spending a couple hours at our home checking and spraying while explaining each step before commencing besides being professional and personable.
