Very bad service I bought some items but they scanned incorrect and scan for fuel

For the 3rd morning in a row, (from Saturday the 2nd to Monday the 4th of January 2021) the service has been unprofessional, rude and sour faced! I pointed out (in a friendly manner) the store stunk like dirty bucket water and I was met with a blunt and non interested response. (She said the shop always smelt like it) I know that’s a false statement as the shop is usually clean and fresh whenever any other employee works. This employee seriously needs to get her attitude adjusted, she needs to learn to clean and AIR the store, she needs to know it’s the customers that pay her wages!! And to make any interaction with this woman bearable in the future, Give her a lesson in manners and smiling!In the future, I’ll be crossing the road and going to BP whenever Insee her head behind the counter!!!
