So happy to find good local groomer! I did my homework Debonair k9s are great value plus no cages one dog at a time, very friendly always on time. Highly recommend.

It was our first time taking both our dogs to the groomers, visiting Georgie was our biggest mistake. The whole experience was nerve wrecking, there was little to no conversation to seek information about our dogs temperament, context, behaviour.After being greeted coldly at the door, Georgie asked'which one first?

Georgie is absolutely lovely yet in control with our cavoodle. He loves going to see her and jumps all over her when he sees her. We have only ever been to debonair for our grooming and she has given him pleasant experiences and memories. I would highly recommend.

Very unprofessional. My sixth months old cavoodle had cuts to his legs and was clearly very stressed out from the whole exprience. when I spoke to Georgia and sent her photos of my dogs cuts she ignored me and never returned my calls! I would not recommend her to anyone as I was very upset and disappointed with my experience.

Thanks Georgie for doing such a fantastic job! Our pooch doesn't normally like having her trim but you made her calm and relaxed and now she looks like a million dollars with her new 'do'! Thanks again and we'll be back to see you soon!

Certainly agree with the previous 1 star review regarding Georgie’s cold demeanour and poor customer service. My last time with Georgie I had missed her communications to pick up my dog because my phone was not receiving incoming calls or messages. I was extremely apologetic and Georgie was not impressed. No compassion at all just dirty looks and very cold energy, even after apologising multiple times. To be fair, if you're just interested in your dog looking pretty then Georgie's grooms are great and your dog will look and smell beautiful but if you care about customer service as well then I would suggest somewhere else.

I have been taking my Havanese, Lucy to Georgie for the past 18 months or so and I am always very impressed by the service offered and the value for money. Georgie always takes the time to discuss in detail what Lucy needs before her grooming session. At pickup I am presented with a happy clean and well groomed pup every time. If I have any questions about grooming or dogs in general, Georgie is always willing to take the time and share her wealth of knowledge with me. Great job!

Happy to find a groomer who wouldgroom my dog in Lockdown.I had a letter from my Vet but my normal groomer would still not see her.Georgie was very professional and distancing etc was easy.I like that Georgie only does one dog at a time.She was very obliging about style of groom and I was very happy with how our Doggie looked.I found Georgie to be friendly, obliging and very caring.Have booked my dog in for her next groom.Joan Eggert
