Our property has dealt with Whittles for many years and we have had a few Managers in that time.Currently, our Manager provides a professional service and support, he promptly replies and gives guidance where necessary. We can contact Whittles easily and discuss activities and aspects going on within the complex with the Manager and his support team and get results.It is comforting and reassuring for the Committee and owners to know we have Whittles working with us. The current painting project was run efficiently and professionally.

Very poor services, always giving misinformation and excuses. Very rude to interact.Whittles will manipulate your money, will not give records of money spentWill strongly advise - not to be with them (otherwise wasting your money, time and peace of mind)

Consistent harassment late at night by body corporate member Brooke Ottley about people parking in an undesignated empty space of the carpark at the end of the block. They also did not go harassing other tenants when people who weren't my guests parking in the same space. They also didn't go doorknocking late at night to address the people living below me who were consistently getting drunk, fighting, and screaming the complex down. Brooke also lied to a few of my guests saying that I had complained about damage to my vehicle which sits next to the aforementioned empty piece of concrete.

Whittles Body Corporate Management Services have been the Body Corp managers for our townhouse development for a number of years. The committee and I are pleased to re-sign Whittles for another year. Under the guideance & diligence of Jacqueline Cavanagh, our unit complex has managed to achieve milestones. We have had a long struggle with plumbing issues (& others)& now the new work has been completed, we look forward to a brighter future. Thanks Jacqui for all your great work.

Too easy to pass the buck. As a new owner, you should pay the late payment fee without any notice before. We have not received the bill then how can I pay it before the due date. We have no idea about the Owners Portal then how can I know the bill. Where did you send the first bill and the welcome letter? Their late answer: please contact your conveyancer. Ridiculous!

I have worked with Whittles Body Corporate Managers for ~15 years in my capacity as Chairman of two different complexes. I have found them friendly, prompt and professional in carrying out their responsibilities.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.Called re: issues with lift access not working, also fire escape access from outside not working, so have no access to the unit. Spoke with someone who transferred me to a voicemail service that assured me of a call back; no call back. Several hours later called again and went through the same procedure advising of no access to unit, told I would be transferred to someone, again a voicemail.If you're looking for a body corporate company that actually does their job, keep looking ... In my experience Whittles might seem interested when signing you up and taking your money but have very little interest in delivering on their obligations.

I've had Jade from Whittles as our body corp agent for over 5 years for our small unit complex. Jade is prompt and succinct with providing service and feedback and can quickly provide assistance with excellent knowledge toward resolving a trade/insurance/legislative matter. One issue I've had is internal communication between the business however a quick email to Jade can generally resolve the matter.
