The Pool Shop Kalamunda

WARNING: whilst the service were friendly the remainder has turned out to be a very bad experience. We had some staining in the pool, got the Pool Shop to come out for a look. They treated the problem with various chemicals that did nothing. They decided to take the Chemi-gem away because they thought it was faulty. 3-4 days late we phoned to see what had happened to the Chemi-gem. They still had it at their office, meanwhile the pool is turning green. Realising that no action had been taken they couriered it off to Chemigem HQ. Chemigem checked it and said nothing was wrong with it. The system was then couriered back to Kalumunda and eventually reinstalled. By this point 5 days had passed, a small staining probelm had turned to mass staining plus a luminous green pool. Next we get an invoice for $500 that included multiple courier fees. Needless to say we are disputing the invoice, they have turned nasty with court threats. Looks like we are heading to court.By the way Clarke Rubber in Midland were able to give advice that fixed the problem by just a verbal description.Just don't do it- Pool Shop of The Year, it has to be a joke.

Professional responsive service. I get my pool water analysed periodically by them resulting in clear water and no problems. They seem to have all that I might need.

Got to be the best pool shop in the west. Courtney has helped me out over many years. Great bloke, great work. He and his team keep me swimming without worries.

Polite, knowledgeable, and fix issues promptly. They live in the real world and give good advice and several options for any expensive repairs with the pros and cons for each one. I also use the Floreat branch with success.

The staff at The Pool Shop go above and beyond. Sue in the shop was able to help me with a pool cover problem and even went so far as to search for a tradesman to do a job. Ben is always helpful and a great problem solver if you have one. He has sorted me out on numerous occasions. All round excellent service. I highly recommend this store.

The young girl on the telephone needs some tuition on basic phone manners. Twice i spoke to her, twice she hung up on me. A goodbye would have been nice

Ignore the guy below. As a pool shop thry do what is needed. Great service and the young girl is very polite and friendly each time i come into the store. Working on your own and trying to deal with phone customers is stressful.
