I only gave a star because I had to. Not only did the gentleman.. And i use that word very lightly.. take my phone out of my hands without asking and then proceeded to change my phone settings without explaining what it was he was doing, he also yelled at me on several occasions in English and then also in a language I personally couldn't understand. Instead of letting me explain what my issue was with the product or ask my question he simply spoke over me and then continued to yell that he already changed my settings and I had to pay him... in front of other customers. It wasn't a pleasant experience by any means.

This business deserves 5 STARS by far! It's the most affordable around! Without having to travel to forest lake to get a reasonable price, we've saved so much money here. Not only is fast service, it's friendly! The man charged me $140 to fix my iphone XR screen, beating the store on level 2 by $30! Also, he was happy to discount a screen protector by $5. Very happy and I would recommend to anyone who's looking for an affordable, speedy fix!

Fast and cheaper then everywhere else

Only done the star so I could comment. I am very disappointed with this shop said it would be 2weeks to fix my iPhone it’s now been 5weeks they have not done anything to my iPhone and charged me $80. Not happy
