Andersens Gympie

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE. Waited SIX MONTHS for them to schedule a one room job “whenever he can fit it in” So have had a cement floor in my bedroom all through winter following the floods waiting on these people. We requested our insurance pay us out so we can go somewhere else and Andersens has the hide to yell at us and slam the phone down when we said we went elsewhere. Absolutely disgusted the way they talked to my elderly mother over this, absolutely disgusted. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!

The staff were able to squeeze me in as I was under a deadline to move into a new house - they had the job finished when they said they would, and the new floor looks fantastic! Very happy with the result.....

Our experience with Andersens at both Gympie and Maryborough was faultless. The product they helped us select suits our needs so well, it's attractive, 35 years guaranteed, and pet friendly! The flooring was laid on time and on budget. Couldn't recommend them higher!

After I had visited the store and chose the flooring, I waited 3 weeks before I called and asked why no one had contacted me to come and measure. I was told they were waiting for others in the same area". I asked why they hadn't called to tell me. When I asked to speak to the manager he wasn't there and I requested that he call me back....never did. Dreadful customer service."

I am delighted with the carpet I purchased so much so that I would like to re-carpet all my bedrooms. The only thing stopping me for now is my budget constraints. I would highly recommend everyone at Andersens - everyone was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Blinds next. Thank you.

Wonderful service and product, Andersens staff and Installers were all very courteous, happy and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Andersen's to replace the carpet in a bedroom after a water leak.  I was told they would get back to me when they were quoting in my area!  (I live 10 minutes at the very most from their store.)  I waited 2 weeks before calling again.  I spoke with someone else who said he would chase it up and get back to me.  He never did.I left it probably 4 weeks and called again.  I spoke with a different lady and expressed my concerns.  She apologised and gave me a date for a quote.  On the morning of the quote she rang to say the van was booked for a service and she couldn't come.  She was very apologetic and came the next day.I left it over a week and still didn't have a quote.  I thought maybe my email was incorrect. When I rang I was told they had left a message on my phone (which they definitely hadn't) to come into the store to choose another carpet as they can no longer get the same carpet.I went to another business in town and had a measure and quote within days.

Due to a water leak in my kitchen/dinning room, I recently approached Lance at Anderson's Gympie for a quote to replace my bamboo flooring. I was pleasantly surprised when Lance managed to find the exact batch, which was amazing considering my house was built over six years ago. I needed 65 square metres, and Lance managed to source this from the last 200 metres left in the country.! Lance organised the laying, which was very professionally carried out by Andrew. The new floor is simply stunning and I couldn't be more delighted. Thanks also to Shannon in the office for friendly and helpful service. Well done guys.
