Visited Allans barber shop for my 3 kids while visiting the in-laws in port Kembla.I can say hands down the best hair cut they’ve had. Very professional, top blend in, love the lines he did for them and to top it off they saw the coloured sprays and that was the icing on the cake for them.Will be coming back here from now on.Thanks guys really happy with the result.

Bro, Please learn to be polite to customers, dose not matter how much talented you are. You cannot say “ let me do my work “.If you don’t wanna communicate what I want, don’t start the work. Cause I can’t even walk away in the middle.Now don’t tell me I am not the genuine customer. I was there, I got the hair cut.And I will never gonna be there again.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now always get the best haircut. Great customer service. They’re also great with kids my son has special needs and they do a great job making sure he’s comfortable to get a haircut. 10/10 service will not get a haircut anywhere else!

I have been getting my haircut from Allan's for a few years now. I have never had a problem with there service, I always bring my young lad with me as the boys are so good with him as he hates getting haircuts but the colour hairspray at the end seals the deal. Thanks boys for a great service

Boys at allans mens hairdressing in warrawong plaza are awesome. My haircut was better than anywhere else I have been to. Specially the shop is fun and looks the best.

I’ve been going to Allen’s for years, but after today I don’t think I will be going back. Went for a beard trim and asked for half an inch to be left, they cut off way more leaving barely a centimetre. The end result is patchy , uneven, untidy and very irritated. When I had a look I said this is way shorter than I wanted and the barber did not acknowledge my concern, not that he could have done anything afterwards anyway. Really disappointed

Bit disappointed in a recent visit. Been told that they close at 6, arrived at 5:15 with shop open, no one waiting and a hairdresser waiting to serve me... but one of the 2 other hairdressers attending to customees told me they were closed and made the 3rd hair dresser kick me out. I've gone to other Allen's franchises for years and this one is not quite up to scratch. One of the dyaff is polite and has good service but the rest don't seem to care.
