Great shop lots and lots of stock big range across the board.

Bought a brand new rover mower in April this year first service of 10 hours due ...called to make appointment spoke to Shane he was in a hurry to go I asked him price for service several times he over talked me (very Rude ) next thing I am talking to a Mike , who is telling me to talk to Shane..Mike puts be through to Shane who was again very rude He suggested I service the mower my self if I thought the fee $170 to pick up and deliver back on top of a service fee! Then he said he would only charge me $85 as it was 1st service take it or leave it ! Would not recommend this business maybe if you buy a bike you get better treatment ..I always thought customers were your bread and butter..I know my customers were the core of my business,s I am 76 and disabled and the truth is Mr Shane had NO RESPECT!

Everything is made fresh in this quirky and very very good coffee shop and lunch venue. The coffee is hot and strong, just the way I like it.The food is plentiful and delivered straight from the stove/oven/fridge. Nothing comes luke warm or wilting, I don't know how he does it. Run off his feet, there is always a warm smile and attention to your words.Give it a try! This time we ordered port sliders. I couldn't wait to tuck in before I took photos, and then didn't want to stop eating. Ate half before I remembered the camera. Must say; the gravy is amazing. Chef makes it himself and it is rich, hot and tasty +++.

I was able to get the parts I needed for my Toro zero turn, helpful and friendly staff.

I purchased a $8k ride on mower a couple of months ago for a fishing batch I'm building in Maaroom. Despite paying a wee bit more than one I could get at my home town on the Sunshine Coast I decided to support the local delear. I came in to get oil and a filter for the 10 hour service and subsequently was given the wrong filter which is ok we all make mistakes but after coming all the way back to get the correct one which I thought they would just exchange they charged me $2 dollars which I acknowledge isn't much but after spending 8k plus then comingback to buy oil and a filter I just can't believe how miserable the can be. What has happened to good will in business. I will from now on be going somewhere else and do not recommend them at all. David

Good verity of accessories and very friendly staff.

I requested to have my bike serviced, and issue looked at and the firmware to be updated.After a $400 service due to the mechanics taking it upon themselves to spend time fixing something I would have never paid them to have fixed, you could say I wasn't the happiest.To further infuriate me more, when i returned home (an hour ride) I discovered they they still had not updated the firmware like i mentioned 2 at the time of the drop off and that, apart form the greasy/oil marks they left on my tank, they had NOT bolted one of my plastics back on, it was just sitting there freely.So now I need to source 2 bolts to put my own bike back together because the qualified people are too incompetent.I will also have to look over the bike further to see if other things were not done correctly as I fear something falling off whilst riding.

Recently purchased a R.E Interceptor- great sales experience, and general overall service- “ I’ll be back” :)

Appalling customer service, rude, arrogant and threatening! never again caveat emptor.

Always have to get anything in that I need. They need to have it on the shelf if they want to sell it. I've have been ordering parts from India when they don't have it and found it just as fast. It's a shame.
