I cannot speak too highly of this business. I recently had an unfortunate episode with my car and it was repaired by Bay body shop . Their service was amazing , I was kept informed at all times , when I picked up my car in the time they advised it would be it was like a brand new car. Thank you all so much .

Great experience in fixing my Volvo car door after a P-plater drove into it. Even though we already were ‘appointed’ to BBS by the insurance company, they went above and beyond! Super friendly and helpful service from everyone we encountered, from Reception to Mechanic to Management. Flowers upon pick up was a beautiful and unexpected gesture! You don’t see this service every day in the Bay...

These guys were amazing. The back window of our ford territory was hanging off. They made us cups of tea and did a temporary fix on it to make it safe for the 2 hour drive home. I was expecting some kind of charge but they said all good. They wished us well as my partner is 3 days away from giving birth. Thanks Bay Body Shop. You guys rock.Andrew & Angela
