Peter and the team at Aqua Blinds did an absolutely fantastic job enclosing our patio, they were very helpful, very thorough, well priced, tidy, showed up when planned and very professional. Their quality of work is very high which shows in the finished product. We also had some slightly unusual shapes for them to enclose which required some creativity which they delivered with amazing results! Highly recommend them!! Very glad we used Aqua Blinds!!

We chose Aqua Blinds to install modern security screens to all our doors and windows. They got rid of all the old fashioned diamond shape screens that look like a prison and replaced with a strong security mesh that added so much more appeal aesthetically and made the most of our view. Their extensive knowledge on their blinds, sheers and shutters was very much appreciated when we were choosing our window coverings - with their advise it made the process easy to choose. They had our best interest at heart and their workmanship is without fault. If I could give more stars I would! Many thanks to you all a beautiful family business.

We used Aqua Blinds on a multi-million dollar project in Paradise Point. Aqua blinds provided both curtains and blinds for our development. Never trust the quote and the time frame they told you at any time. They will change everything easily at the middle stage. Also very rude and aggressive behaviour from one of the lady with different accent (in the office)...

We recently had a security door and security screens installed by Aqua Blinds. From start to finish they were very accommodating and professional. No question was too hard. Peter came out and measured up the windows and doors and made recommendations that I wouldn’t have thought of. John installed and was so lovely. Made sure I was happy with the installation before he left. I had to make last minute changes to the colour of my door and they made sure it happened. After sales service was excellent as well. Great family business! I have recommended them to my friends who have also used their services and products and they are very happy with them.

Unfortunately an unpleasant experience with Aqua Blinds receptionist Lucy… just hang up on me and twice in the last couple years. I had my roller blinds, security door provided, installed from these guys right through out my home, but had some problems/issue with the fabric which were replaced once, but not long after I had the same problem again. The warranty is for 5 years as stated on the invoice, so when I called Aqua Blinds couple of years ago ( 2 weeks after the blinds were replaced) the person I spoke to (Lucy) said she doesn’t want to deal with the on going issue and just hung up on me. I recently called them and made an appointment for the Monday 4th of April just to get a quote on a second security door, (wanted to mach the first door) but I unexpectedly received a call today Monday 28 March from Lucy that she has decided not to send someone out after all, and for me to get another company for the quote… and hung up on me again, all the while keeping my composure. It is such a disappointment to have to deal with… like Lucy dragging down the name of a potentially good company because of her lack of customer service, rapport, ego…!

Very reliable, prompt friendly service. We got Aqua to replace our old window awnings and couldn't be more pleased with them. They gave us a very competitive price and a good quality product.

Had Flyscreens installed in our home on both windows and doors. This was seven years ago. They still work well and present well. Competitively priced and a pleasure to deal with. Will use them again. Thank you.

We had blinds installed at our home we’re renovating and were so happy with the outcome. We then had a security door installed which was equally perfect. Both the blinds and door were to the highest quality. We are so grateful for the team at Aqua Blinds, and especially Peter and Lucy who make sure you’re happy with the results.
