Staff have always been helpful to me. Prices here are $$$$ so be prepared to haggle a little. They know their stuff.

Very expensive, charging more than double the prices on accessories. Too bloody rude on the phone and no guts to confirm the issue.

I purchased a Canon 7D here last year, and a 600D a couple years before that. If only I had learnt my lesson the first time and travelled that bit further instead. They charge OVER the RRP of various equipment and it is beyond me how they are still going. The attitude of each staff member is vastly different but for the most part they all possess an old, boring and blatantly unpleasant personality, especially the store owner. Atrocious service and ridiculous priced products, I could go on but I'd rather not. My only advice is that there are closer stores within 15 minute drives away, go there instead.

What excellent service, dropped in yesterdayto purchase a nice SLR Camera , the staff as usualwere more than helpful unlike most of the larger chain storeswho have no idea about customer service....They were polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful...I left with a fantastic new Pentax SLR & piece of mind....Phil
