just had one of their drivers reverse Into our factory gate and go to drive off....

They are simply terrible. Customer support is horrible. I ordered different types of chicken with skin off. They charged me $3.50 for each kilos of skin off. Before it was only 50 cents. Not recommended to buy any skin off chicken from there. Not supportive.

Looks like all the bad reviews on here are from the exact same person or getting family and or friends to write a bad review just to satisfy her half brain

There is a lady in the shop that sometimes selling to customers and she is rude and doesn’t understand or know how to deal with customers.She is aggressive and should stay inside and not dealing with people at all

Fantastic, Fresh products. All office staff and factory staff are always happy and genuine and go above and beyond. They are always a pleasure to deal with. Always a happy work environment.

Absolutely RUDE! Should stay home and not work with ppl . I Will certainly NEVER return. Staff were rude and the person Incharge was disgusting. There’s ways of speaking to people and when confronted about your rudeness and called up on your disgusting customer service and attitude , a professional approach is not to argue back. Instead of apologising for her rudeness she argued back . When I told her I wouldn’t be returning because of her attitude she said good don’t come back.. There’s no excuse for ppl like this . Plenty of places to get chickens and a place where someone treats customers like the way I was treated most Definately will not be getting my support. Keep your chickens and your ugly attitude.

The place is nice, and products are much cheaper than most places. Service and behavior of the staff on the other hand were not only frustrating but also intolerable. We were denied basic services just coz they said they were flat out at an hour (1pm) when we were the only customers over a period of 15 minutes. We bought 20kilos of chicken and asked for some extra bags, the ones without labels (3 to be exact) so we could separate them by OURSELVES (they said they wont be able to) into bags of 5 kilos, to which they said they can't provide us with bags. This probably was the worst service and behavior I had to experience during my 1 and a half years stay in Adelaide. Expect a better service at a McDonald's on a Friday night even if you're dead drunk and fail to find your wallet.
