I recently had dealings with Mark from Elita Collection. He answered all my questions on the phone that he could. Some of the questions he could not answer on the spot so he said he would find out and get back to me, which I respect. The next day he came back to me with detailed answers to my questions. Great customer service from everyone involved both Mark and Nikahlia. Great customer service is hard to find these days. Brilliant work.

I bought a super nice Patek Philippe from Elita, and the experience was really good. The watch was in pristine condition, exactly as described and as in the pictures. Packaging was done very professionally as well. There were some issues with the purchase and it took me a month from the date I ordered the payment until I got the watch in my wrist (my transfer didn´t reach Elita as fast as it should, and then delivery was not possible to my home address when it got into the country). Nothing of that had anything to do with Elita, and they were extremely good in terms of communication and availability throughout the entire period (which is even more appreciated considering the time difference). So things were not very smoothly with the shipment and delivery, but absolutely nothing to do with Elita; and I really appreciate their attitude, that's exactly the kind of service that you want: the kind of service that gives you peace of mind even when things do not go as planned (which sometimes happen!). The watch is now looking great in my wrist. Very trustworthy and recommendable dealer.

Chris has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and does an amazing job of answering all my queries, creating personalized products and sourcing any rare items.
