Food was good but they need to improve service. The menu said Schnitzel with chips or salad. This is not expected as typically come with chips and salad. So my wife asked for the chicken schnitzel meal expecting a meal with chips and salad. The staff member asked do you want a side of chips? My wife thinking that she meant in addition to the chips and salad said no. no receipt was offered. What came was a schnitzel with no chips and salad. So she asked the server. The counter staff, came out was clearly annoyed and showed it. My wife was polite. We got the salad. The extra star is because an old guy tipped over backward and really came down hard. The staff and security were on it immediately and the care was exemplary.

We ordered two cappuccinos and a couple of sweets from the counter. The coffee was super hot and bitter and the cakes tasted so stale. I had a coconut caramel slice and the base was rock solid, I basically ate the caramel and coconut and threw the rest but it tasted like it had been sat in a cold fridge uncovered for days.

Such great food . I ordered the brisket beef burrito , not only did it come out fast , it was so tasty . They even game me hot sauce if I wanted some . So tasty .

Such friendly and welcoming service. I had the vego melt and give it a 10/10. Others rated their food high as well. Great coffee, and handy location in the Westfields.

Awesome teas (T2) and coffee (Campos). A great assortment of tasty cakes, savoury snacks and meals. Can thoroughly recommend.

Delicious food and very accommodating to my dietary needs. I asked for much smaller portions and they did everything they could. Thank you so much! Not many places will do this at all!
