Incu Chadstone

Service is non existent as is the knowledge of stock. My daughter wanted to purchase some ASICS shoes and after we found someone to help us we were told they didn’t have her size!!! We left the store and checked the website where it showed they did have her size in the store. I called the store and they said they had them to which I responded that we were just in there and were told the shoes were part of a collab and they only hade a size 5. The shoes were NOT part of the KiKo collab. My daughter insisted on buying the shoes but I am really disappointed with the lack of knowledge, interest to even check properly for items and no customer service at all. I will not be shopping in this store again.

Had a great quick shop today thanks to Simone’s assistance. She helped make my shopping stress free and was always around when I needed help. I really appreciated the CS today !

Most rudest customer service I’ve ever come across, the woman here act like they get paid to be rude to you. With that kind of attitude you’re better off staying home. Definitely won’t be coming back after my experience

First time been in the physical shop and service was non-existent. Most staff looked too cool to be approached. No greeting, no asking if you need assistance whatsoever. It’s just the wrong vibe.

The red dyed hair girl is absolutely mean. No customer interaction. I came to pick up my online order and they couldn’t find mine. After they found, she was like pushing a bag to me at the counter then walked away. Maybe she needs a day off, look tired

Amazing customer service and product range. The Chadstone store is the most pleasant Incu store I’ve been to. The vibe in the store is insane. The staff are always friendly and happy to help find an outfit for any occasion. My favourite shopping experience every time!

Went in today expecting to get a refund but got told that the store does not offer refund, only exchange or store credit. I initially bought the dress as a gift so I double checked during my purchase if this is refundable in case size wasnt right and the cashier I was with and another lady said “yes, you can return it within 14 days” and I even asked if this is the actual return and not store credit they said yes. Now during my visit today I got told that “I dont know why they would say that, that is not the store policy” with such attitude. Obviously it is not my fault you train your staff poorly. I just didn’t want to argue so I agreed to get a store credit but I have just received that worst attitude ever. Inform your customers properly when they ask a question and dont be rude.

Had a very good shopping experience earlier this morning was helped by a lovely girl named Ebony she was very nice and kind and nice thanks ebony!

Had a great customer service experience with Long. Pair of jeans was faulty, and he quickly arranged a refund with zero hassle. Can’t wait to return. Great customer service.

Just had the worst customer service and shopping experience at Incu Chadstone on Sunday 25th of June at 5:45pm. I was interested in purchasing a Sandy Liang jacket but was greeted with nothing but derision and distain from 2 of your female Caucasian sales associates. They were nearby me the entire time I was browsing and offered zero assistance. Not only were they conversing amongst themselves the entire time and ignoring me, but when they finally decided to acknowledge my presence, it was to make a mockery of me.I was looking for a mirror when the brunette greeted me after having been in the store for 15 minutes already. I greeted her back with jacket in hand and turned away as I located a mirror. However, the moment I turned, I heard her making snide comments about me to her coworker, saying things such as just trying to say hi" and "what's her issue" in a condescending tone.
