Durable Plumbing undertook a series of bathroom works for us over four days. Corey was very competent, and also considerate of our needs in sequencing the jobs across two bathrooms. Michaela's communications and business organisation is second to none - we always knew what was happening and when. Highly recommended.

Durable Plumbing and Gas installed a gas fire place in our new house. They notified us by text what time they would arrive and arrived on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable on the product they installed. We were very happy with their work.

This is a very professional business. Sam came promptly to assess and repair a gas burner on the cooktop. He explained what caused malfunction and temporarily fixed the burner until a replacement part is installed. He was pleasant to deal with, took great care to protect kitchen surrounds. Did a great job. Michaela was excellent in keeping us informed with Sam’s expected arrival time and providing a quote for the replacement parts. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Durable plumbing installed a gas fireplace for us. High quality workmanship and the two young guys were polite and courteous. I didn't tick the good value box because their portion of the job was in the price of the fireplace. Product knowledge was of a high level. I'd use Durable again anytime.

My first contact with Durable Plumbing and Gas was with Michaela; she was friendly, professional and understanding of my needs. The following day, Chandler arrived on time to undertake servicing and repairs to my gas log fire. Chandler was professional, friendly and communicated in a knowledgeable manner as to what was needed. He even made friends with my cat! A part needs to be ordered and installed. We had a very strong gas smell. On checking our gas tanks, they were almost empty. I rang Durable Plumbing and Gas and explained the situation to Michaela. She was wonderful - arranging an appointment for 2 days hence after we had had a gas delivery.Chandler arrived within the specified time. He was so thorough, so scientific and so determined to find our gas leak. After checking our BBQ and Gas Heater, he found the leak in the hose leading to the bayonet fitting. He replaced the hose - problem solved!!!This company has been servicing our appliances for a number of years - I HIGHLY recommend them.

Dean replaced our HWS, taking pains to ensure the temperature was to our liking. Impressed with the outstanding service, we asked him back the following week to patch a broken downpipe and again, Dean was punctual, efficient, polite and attentive. Highly recommended.
