If you’re thinking of leasing your property with this company - in specific, Melissah Reid, think again!Complacent, rude and ignorant.Having to chase up issues and work orders for your own property only to be told “well what do you want me to do?”Your job would be a start - and without the attitude.Numerous difficult conversations where rude and obnoxious responses have been received.Taking my property elsewhere and I would recommend anyone to think twice before allowing her near your property. Honestly not worth your time.

I enquired with Tamara on changing over property managers to herself after hearing great things about the service she provides, and she definitely exceeded my expectations. The best thing I did was change over to Tamara at Ray White, as I no longer have to chase information or question anything. Tamara is prompt, explains everything clearly and strategic in getting the best results for your property! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing an expert in the property market

The Real Estate agent, Rosa, encouraged us to apply after we inspected the rental house at 2 Woodgate Crescent Cranebrook!! We told her we can’t apply because we have a pet and the AD says strictly no pets! She still encouraged us to apply! We thought maybe we have a chance?! But we got a rejection a week later. We were very disappointed! She wasted our time for nothing! That was truly deceptive and unprofessional.

Poor communication; poor management of my property; did not advertise until six weeks after being given the keys; lost an item out of my property, then did no follow up to find it. They have wasted my time and money. They just offer a tick and flick service. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Have now gone to another realestate that can do the job.

Save yourself the hassle and stay away from Ray White, in general.Zero integrity and obvious lack of experience within sales team.Poor communication and they provide false information and push for holding deposits. Very unpleasant to deal with. Won't be buying from them or using as agent at all for future purchases or estate management.

She was very knowledgeable and confident in her abilities to get the best outcome for the owners. We had the worse experience of selling our property and waiting to the new property. We dealt with Nicholas Pajden. Their customer service only about selling quickly with lowering your property price. Never going again with Ray White.Just adding a response to Ray White - The order of buying and selling has less to do with our disappointment than the way we were rushed to make a decision. The agent was mainly looking to sell the house (low price) than give us a fair value on the house. The whole process was a nightmare to us. And of course the whole tenant situation in the new house we bought was not clear. It was presented to us that they will move out.. etc. This although was our decision, the selling of house is most disappointing.

We leased a townhouse from them and our property management agent was Melissah. Everything was fine until we finished the lease and she showed us real unprofessional and rude behaviour. She had listed issues in the outgoing report, which were already stated in the ingoing report as existing issues. I had to spend time going through the ingoing report myself, attaching evidence ... doing her job, basically!Her outgoing report email came across threatening. She was unprofessional and rude on the phone call as she yelled and spoke down to me.
