Frank Touma and Matthew Petrevski are a great team.From the initial appraisal and conversation through to the sales campaign and auction their attention to detail was faultless. After every inspection I received a call from Frank on the day. Then on the Monday or Tuesday after the weekend inspection I would receive a spreadsheet noting buyer feedback after Frank had contacted them all.On the day before auction Matthew and Frank conducted a very transparent meeting as to the status of each contract that had been issued. Nothing was left to chance so consequently on the day of the auction they delivered with a result well above the reserve. I have bought and sold a dozen properties over the years Frank and Matthew have been the best by far.

After talking to a friend, it was only necessary to write a review about this real estate agent. Zero compassion for people being severely affected by COVID-19 and trying their best to stay afloat. Have spoken with multiple people and have had reductions etc... this agent needs to come with the times and show compassion and reduce the rents of tenants and start treating people nicely otherwise they will have a lot of vacant properties. It’s a one star from me, get with the times. Hope they can pull their finger out and start helping people.
