This would easily be the worst post office or shop of any kind i have ever been in . The woman running this post office is ridiculously incompetent and rude , never been spoken to like this before .Just head to Vincentia post office .

Ridiculously useless post office, rude staff, incompetence and a poor reflection of Australia Posts legacy. They're more interested in having a good old chat with friends than serving customers. Their advertised hours are not accurate either.

I wish Debbie was still running the post office.Aleisha the new owner (thank God she is trying to sell the shop) is not personable, accommodating or willing to assist deliveries where lazy couriers take the goods to her post office, but she can’t be bothered to deliver a small package with a postman, because “they’re not allowed to drive down a driveway” in the country!I wish couriers would at least take the product to Vincentia where they are professional, courteous.Aleisha’s personality is in my experience unsuitable for the position she holds, and causes much distress when it could be avoided.
