Office is good but not the staff. I don’t mean all the staff but one of them is rude. Never wanna deal with her. Don’t wanna mention her name, she’s on her mid 30’s.

Worst Customer ServiceIgnorant StaffDon’t know what they are doingI went to registration appointment the lady was Rude at service desk making us wait for 30 minutes as they were running late .I went to transfer same car to someone else name and there was a surprise for me Vic Roads Horsham registered the car under someone else’s name.It’s a blunder how you can register car to someone else name .Those ladies shouldn’t be working in VicRoadsBe careful Horsham People always check your receipts before you leave.

Exactly the same thoughts as the reviewer below. The staff were fantastic except for the woman in her mid 30s (Friday 13th of July 2018, 9.30am), that's the rudest service I can remember receiving - ever. Myself and my brother walked away from there in hysterics at the 'service' we'd received from her. Thanks very much to the other nice lady who stepped in and helped us though.
