I rang Therese to get the bottom of a skirt taken up for an event in four days…she was very rude and patronising. I felt like I offended her by asking for her help. If you’re going to own a business you shouldn’t be angry when someone asks for your service. You are a rude person! Would rather trip over my skirt all day.

Therese is a master craftswoman. I have taken complicated lace and bead garments to her for alterations and was very happy with the results and costs. Plus she has a fantastic array of fabrics that she purchased overseas - gorgeous quality and styles that you cannot source locally or in Australia. She can design garments from your descriptions and copy clothing. Plus she is a fun character to boot!

I spent time with Therese talking about my perfect dress, I have no idea about any of this. Found her on Google thinking it’s a store I could browse, I called to enquire and said I was out front, she made time for me, and talked me through all my options what worked and what wouldn’t work, how it would look, very honest and I believe the review about therese being rude is false, I believe that’s just Aussie honesty. I don’t find her rude at all, would go to her for any tailor needs as would my friends, and they have :)Therese has ALOT of business and a lot of things to do, short of time.5/5 ! Very knowledgeable, very skilled and very honest!

Highly recommended - best in Darwin!I've had numerous dress pants/jeans hemmed and even a pair of pants re-sized around the waist.Great service, price and Therese is always so helpful and patient and consistently gets the job done with amazing attention to detail.
