Ricky(sales person) was really rude and very unprofessional. He was judging me a lot also told me that “you can’t even get a car”. What kinda of staff say that to client. They have to educate him again how to provide the service . Worst person I ever spoken with. Don’t go to see Ricky or Burwood branch.

Extremely disappointed. My Q7 was within 3 months out of warranty .Misleaded me to order parts then inform me this is a bug and cant be fixed . Didnt offer any solution to the problem. Never again!

In today's climate, you'd expect sales people to be eager to attend to a potential customer walking around their yard. No, not this dealership, 3 sales people sitting at their desks, looked up and somehow they all received or made calls at the same time. I spent 5 minutes walking around the handful of cars on their lit and walk back to my car. Not one person, not even the receptionist acknowledged my presence. Great example of LOUSY and PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, not a true reflection of Audi Customer Service Standards.

A bit of a joke really for those wanting to buy a car here. The “salesman” who first seemed more interested in his text messages than anyone in the showroom was going to get on the Audi website and quote full retail price, so I’m not sure why there’s a dealership? Maybe Audi should save costs on sales staff and just allow online orders? It could then pass those savings onto customers! I will be sure my Audi that I buy from a dealership that wants my business will be serviced there too!

Worst sales experience ever. The sales lady ( I don’t want to mention her name) was very arrogant. Got second class treatment! Will never recommend anyone to go to her! Although the manager seemed a good person! Ended up buying car from Audi Waverly (magnificent customer service)! BIG NO TO AUDI BURWOOD !!! Extremely disappointed!
