From booking staffer to their on site staff they were all friendly, reliable and responsive people. They were also happy to accommodate extra small items I added upon their arrival and tidied up debris on ground as well- so paid attention to details. They made paying cash worth my while too. Axel did an amazing job, removing our junk, it's hard when your moving to a new home all the leftover boxes, stuff that you can't even remember buying or ever needing, and waiting on regular bin collection can take weeks if not months, so these guys are really awesome for the service they offer and can do same day service as well really happy with them thanks again guys

I had a glass dining table with three layers of glass which weighed a ton. It had been damaged, was still in one piece but was unable to be repaired and needed to go to the tip. My quote was speedy as well as the arrival time. It was challenging as when they lifted the glass, it started to disintegrate more and I was concerned about my timber floors being damaged. However Alex and his teammate took great care and it all worked perfectly. Both staff were so nice to deal with. If only all companies could be this pleasant and efficient! Thanks Alex!
