MASIDAK KOREAN CHICKEN
Really disappointed. Not really worth the wait or price. The wait was considerably long (~ 40 minutes) and it was 3pm so outside of what is usually considered the lunch rush. There was maybe 1 other couple and a single diner in the store at the same time.I had high expectations for this place as reviews were high and it seemed authentic. I was super excited for the street food aspect as I had recently returned from Korea and loved the food over there. The tteok-bokki (which is usually my favourite dish) barely had any sauce or flavour and was extremely disappointing. It tasted like it came straight from a packet and heated up. Even the instant rice cakes I’ve gotten from convenience stores have been better. The ramen was packet ramen so it was average (as expected) and the chicken even less so. Tasted quite dry but at that point, we were all so hungry we didn’t care anymore. The random 2 single chips thrown in seemed strange, but we didn’t mind it (free food!) Serving sizes were a bit smaller than we expected. We spent approx $120 (no drinks). The sotteok sotteok was probably the best part of the meal due to the good balance of sausage and rice cake, sauce and serving size.

Burgers are great, fried chicken tastes great however menu online listed the original fried chicken comes with fries and rice cakes where we actually got the pieces of chicken on their own, nothing else. Tteok-kochi was cooked nicely but the sauce was a little bland. Customer service was ok, nothing special. Overall pretty pricey for what you get.

Some of the best tasting Korean Chicken and street food in Adelaide. The quality of the food and the portion size is excellent for the price so it is really good value. Small space without much seating so hope they can grow and expand to allow more inside dining. Staff very helpful and friendly. The space overall is very clean and a nice place to eat. Maybe the music could be turned down so it’s easier to have a conversation but that doesn’t detract from the fact we had a good time.

We dine in and ordered and the food came in a few minutes. We didn't wait that long to have our order. Good size per serve. I was expecting some really good tasty chicken but nonetheless the chicken taste alright.

Great location, easy parking and easy ordering system (in person, phone or online). Korean fried chicken is made really well! Variety of toppings to choose from, crispy and flavoursome. Tried the masidak chicken burger and wow!! Bun was soft, chicken was crispy and not too much mayo. Have ordered here more than once and overall a good experience. Would recommend and complements any bubble tea you’d get around the area!

The lady that was working tonight was extremely kind and provided us with extremely good service, she was very kind, respectful, and made me smile so much today! I really wanted to shout her out today which is the reason why I am here :D.The corn dogs and teok kkeochi was very good, thank you!

I had the lunch deal with boneless chicken and chips. The chips were fairly decent shoestring chips, but the chicken was a little disappointing.I am well aware that fried chicken is often fried twice, where the second time makes the coating crispy. However, Masidak maintains a small mountain of prefried chicken, and simply refry a few pieces from the prefried mountain of chicken. I believe this is the reason why the chicken was pretty dry inside. Nevertheless, credit where credit is due, the outer coating was pretty crispy.Overall, the value is pretty decent.

We stumbled upon this little Korean place in a Mawson Lakes, it is the best!Offers a casual dining environment, few dine in seating/stools or also offers takeaway.Order at front counter then sit and casually wait, while listen to k-pop tunes softly playing in the background. I love that the staff are polite and speak Korean.Prices are fair and food was quite quick to table! This would have to be my favorite Korean fried chicken joint! Highly recommend a stop hereNo restrooms.

Order thru ubereats last night, take 20 minute delivery into account for said review (Mawson Lakes to Munno Para)I ordered a Milkis, Sweet and Sour Boneless and Chips, Double Cheese Hotdog, Crunchy Ramen Hotdog and Prawn Tempura. The milkis was great, it was like calpis water but way better imo.Sweet and Sour Boneless and Chips were on the average side, they had only a mild flavour to them and could've been way better seasoned. Now the best parts, Double Cheese Hotdog was awesome, cheesy and flavourful and crunchy while even a long delivery trip.Personally my fav was the Crunchy Ramen Hotdog it was crunchy from the ramen and the sausage was awesome too, tasted like just a corn dog.Prawn Tempura were average honestly, not a lot of flavour but they were crunchy so that was good, they may have needed some type of sauce.I'd definetly order from here again but maybe I'd try something else.

Their Korean Hotdogs are delicious with a nice crispy batter and perfectly melted cheese filling! However sadly, their boneless chicken is dry, tough and lacks flavour.
