Yesterday and today I’ve been dealing with Bunnings staff at Brendale. One staff was from reception, another from the tool shop and yet another in the wrapping department. All staff were very courteous and went out of their way to help me. Well done to the management staff. Seems like an all store staff attitude.

I visited the Brendale Bunnings store tonight needing to purchase some items for our home renovation. I met Harper in the paint shop and he couldn’t have more helpful. He helped me pick the correct paint (and tinted it for me), he helped me choose the correct tools for the painting job and then took me to the tool shop to get the remaining items to finish the job. He was really friendly and very helpful. I felt like a fish out of water but Harper made the whole process of purchasing what was require a breeze and I am so very grateful. Great Store one of the best in the area we have 2 other stores around us however the Brendale store is great we know where everything is. although there could always have more staff on but it is still a great store. They have a great selection of Equipment and Stock. The payment options now available is fantastic as well giving you many options especially if your caught in a pinch. great store and keep up the good work highly recommend Bunnings

Every time I go to Bunnings Brendale the staff there provide exceptional customer service and go out of their way to help. Nothing is too much bother. Maybe they could send some of their staff to Carseldine Bunnings to show them how it’s done. My go-to Bunnings from now on. Thanks a bunch.

Went to the store around 5pm on Sunday 18/06/2023. I had two large trolleys of pots and potting mix. As I was heading towards the checkout, a very helpful employee Brian saw me struggling and offered to help me to the checkout. He then waited with me while I lined up and paid and then assisted me to my car where he also helped me load into my car and then he returned the trolleys. I just wanted to thank Brian for his help and super friendly attitude and service. Well done.

Special orders desk!.Be prepared to chaseeverything.... communication is poor and they don't listen on phone calls! You will need to repeate yourself several times!Cancelled our order when it wasn't requested.Poor form!

Just want to thank the lovely jacinta in the special orders counter at brendale bunnings for her outstanding customer service today! She was so helpful and understanding when I explained how I received a damaged pantry cabinet. She help resolve the issue without any problems and was very apologetic (even though it wasn't her fault). I really appreciate your help Jacinta! Thank you for amazing customer service

I found it not that prominent or clear on how to get to the store. Probably just me. A slightly smaller store but the team members were great. Very friendly and helpful making sure you get exactly what you're looking for.
