Jameson Freight Seymour

Down right hopeless. I have been waiting on a package for over a month and it has been sitting in this facility since the 28th of September. I have received no updates from them at all telling me that my package has been delayed.

Jameson freight also toll agents are the poorest freight service I have ever used don’t drive into an open drive, sound a horn or to come to an open door. Instead leaving a sorry we missed you card card leaving it up to Toll to track where the parcel is to find its returned back to Tolls depot again for Jameson freight to deliver again still haven’t received the delivery 6 days after.Terrible device make sure if you use Toll transport it’s not coming through Jameson freight.

I've dealt with Jameson Freight for many years without a problem, since the change of management things gone south big time.I had a parcel picked up on the 18th Jan 2023 to be delivered to country Victoria, here we are approximately 3 weeks later and the receiver has still not received the parcel. It appears that there is no care factor at all.

Had a driver come to deliver a parcel, didn't even bother knocking but threw the package onto the front porch causing damage to the packaging (luckily the item didn't break) When I called out to him he just shrugged, got back in the van and took off.I understand time limitations within the transport industry but at least have some respect for other people's parcels!

Jameson Freight are the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to be tangled up with. They are the local Toll agents so are able to virtually hold your parcels hostage.I have made two complaints to Toll over the only two deliveries from Jameson. Your parcel can literally gather dust in their warehouse, 11days in the first instance and 6 days for the latest. Still not delivered after have spent two days on the delivery vehicle. This is a valuable fragile item. I can just imagine it sliding around the floor and being being tossed around in the back of a vehicle for two or more days. I’m very angry and I will continue to complain to Toll about Jameson Freight until something is done to remedy this situation.

Why do our parcels spend weeks at a time getting out onto a truck for delivery at 8:30am only to be returned to depot at 4:20pm?? Seems like they don’t pay their drivers overtime so they don’t bother actually delivering the parcels.Our post office cops a lot of abuse because of this company

This company has had my Toll Express package marked out for delivery for 5 days now and still not delivered. When you call them they never answer the phone. Hopeless service. I do not recommend using this company. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Get your act together.

1 of the driver's, is a theif,,, saying items delivered, but not ,,, try not dealing with this company there are more transport companies out there

My delivery from this company has been out for delivery today" for the last 10 days. Their depot is less than a 2 hour drive away from my address
