Male after hours vet was quite rude. Had an enquiry to why my pups was filling up half the warming box with diarrhoea and was concerned. He said I shouldn’t be calling at 1:40 and that they don’t provide an “ambulance service”?. I don’t know if it’s cause I messed up his sleep but I didn’t know who else to contact and was worried. No need for these comments, no matter how small the concern is, it is the after hours vets responsibility to provide good service. Not happy at all. Other staff experience have been superb though.

Saw Lloyd today for my severely itchy lab. Was squeezed in and couldn’t fault the service. Above and beyond. Lloyd covered all causes and subsequent treatments. Max will hopefully be feeling a little less itchy this evening thanks to him. I will definitely be coming back.

In addition to a great surgical outcome for my aging shepherd, recently they were there for the hardest part of loving an animal, when there’s no cure for old age. My beautiful old horse was taken care of with such compassion, gentleness and kindness, and the kindness towards me as a cried like I haven’t in decades. Thank you Maddy, there aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am.
