I recently purchased an XV Subaru from Cassels Subaru in Warwick. This was the easiest most seamless purchase of a vehicle I have ever made! Jeremy helped me through the process and gave me all the information I required, he processed the purchase quickly and accurately. There was no hard sell or condescension that you frequently get with the Brisbane dealers. I'd recommend anyone looking at purchasing a new Subaru should make the extra time to talk to Jeremy Ralph and see if he could help you.

Friendly staff, immediate lift into town while waiting, service didn't take overly long and I was notified immediately it was finished and offered a lift back. Beware the online booking process though - booked the service online and received a confirmation email for the booking but Cassels Subaru were not informed of the booking. Kudos to them they fitted in my service in a pleasant and timely manner anyway.

We have recently taken delivery of a new Outback from Cassels. Back surgery for August cancelled due to Covid so the Missus and I hopped in our Cassels 21Subaru OB Tourer and drove over 5000klms,Not a rattle,not a problem,averaged 7.1l per 100klms.Picked the OB up in March21,21 years of Subaru,drive 500 klms round trip for service due to the courteous,competent service staff along with the Sales,Jeremy Service mananger,Beggsy and the wonderful admin staff nothing is left to chance.Not being too good with modern Technology Jeremy took my wife and I through the entire process giving us his mobile number if needed.Not online did the vehicle take us,on and off road returning us safely,the back specialist could not believe I did the trip free of problems,says heaps about the build of Subaru.I have since had the back surgery with the specialist advising me to stick with the Subaru.Words are not enough to thank Subaru and the top care we have received from Cassels who has supplied all our Subarus over 21 years.The Subaru is built for Australian conditions giving such a feeling of safety and security.Thank You Subaru and Cassels.
