I honestly wish I had access to a strength and conditioning facility like this when I was a young kid playing basketball. Could've been that much more physically prepared at my sport. WSSC has helped pave the path for many young coaches like myself and continues to leave a positive legacy on this fitness industry. This is my brief thank you.

My experience at WSSC has been unbeatable. From my legendary Coach Chris pushing me to always go to the next level, through to the professionalism shown by all workers there, it is truly an athletes dream. Not only was I physically prepared for sport, I have been able to make friendships outside of the gym, plus also gain knowledge from all the coaches there.I couldn't recommend this gym enough, thank you to all coaches and staff members for making this gym/experience truly one of a kind!

I have been training at Woodford since the end of 2019. I had previously heard from a variety of different people how Woodford and his team were regarded as being one of the best high performance gyms. I joined with the purpose of preparing my body for my next AFL pre season and haven’t looked back since. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and motivated to assist you in achieving your goals and aspirations.

If you are looking for a next level gym then you have found it. I get my own coach who is trained to meet my specific needs. I basically get PT’d 3 times a week for a fraction of what 3 PT sessions are. My program is updated regularly and my coach is next level!!

One of the most knowledgeable and down to earth bunch of people I’ve met. Always do the best to ensure you get the most of your training but give you such a high level of confidence and trust in your own ability, wouldn’t be the person I would be today without everyone down at WSSC today.
