The Polygon Group

I have used polygon for a few years now, starting with guitars, then these last 3 years or so using them for camera equipment. They have been nothing but great when it comes to service. Sometimes yes, emails can take awhile, but people need to understand the world doesn't revolve around them, it's a business, ran by HUMANS and they're providing an extra service you don't NEED, but can enjoy. They do eventually get back and that's all that matters. Yes you can want your new gear asap haha, who doesnt? But then go buy it outright if you cant wait... if you can't and want to rent, let them do their thing, they're busy, and run a massive job. Anyway, I can only share they've been great for me personally, but I also understand compassion and human error occurs, so I never really get angry at business or fast food etc. Only when it's really unjustified.Keep it up polygon crew!

Really happy with the offering, spoke to Thomas who was really helpful in finalising my contract, would use again and recommend.

polygon group it totally wasting of time. after 2 term of learning could not play anything. unqualified and unprofessional teacher 1 person teaching multiple instruments totally waste of time. Go to Music Avenue School 100% better, professional teachers.DO NOT SUPPORT polygon group, this only can give 0 stars of rating.

Horrific experience with this company, returned camera and was lied to about several different things. Liars and thieves. Of course they claim not to know of any customers with our last name. Ursula Readon was the person we had the misfortune of dealing with.

Polygon group it the worst music company ever. My children spend 2 term of learning. They doesn’t know anything of the basic music key. Lh and RH key symbol. For the other child learned violin for 2 term doesn’t get to know anything. And I asked my children what they normally doing during the music time. They say just playing, because the teacher always busy talking on the phone or playing on the phone. This music lesson program they normally doing in primary school.P/s your child/ren not allow ask any questions during music lessons you get ignore because the teacher too busy playing on the phone. If do interrupt you will get yelled at, or they using words of term speaking sternly. It could be their style of teaching.I would give a zero star they not deserve 1 star.P/S: after giving this people bad feedback, they won’t refund cancel lesson. That they been promised. Stay away from this people to avoid bad experience like me.
