Michael Hill definitely sells the most unique jewellery of all the jewellery shops - I found a beautiful gold bead necklace that looks sensational. The staff are very friendly and helpful without being pushy. Very happy with my purchase and with my shopping experience at the Port Macquarie store.

I took my friends 3 boys to Michael Hill to buy something for their Mum for Christmas. Rhonda was amazing. She new it was a small sale but was lovely with the kids. A busy time of the year and she never made us feel rush. Thanks Rhonda you made a busy time relaxed and the kids felt listened too.

The day I visited their systems were down & all I wanted was a gift voucher, that they couldn't supply! They did ring me 2 days later to inform me it was all up & running again.

The guy was so nice getting the sale, abrupt and rude and oh so matter of fact and unhelpful or caring when needed ring fixed after getting it lodged in the door. Would rather void my warranty and go to a local owned business that cares for their customers before and after the sale. Would never recommend or shop there again. The change in he’s personality was terrible

I am appalled at the fact that my purchase is not being treated with respect or decent communication.We had a faulty ring that was nearly $500 of this purchase and we returned it to our local store on 5th April providing original proof of purchase. 10 days later and we are still waiting for a refund with no contact or correspondence from the store or your company regarding the delay. Very disappointed.
