This Woolworths is in North Blackburn Shopping Centre situated along Springfield Road. This is a newly opened mall and it is my first time here. It is rather a disappointing one. I saw there was a promotion price of $7.50 for a treat for my dog so I brought it to self serve counter to make payment. Unfortunately the scan shows $12.90 instead of $7.50. The staff told another staff to check but that staff was dishonest. He took out the promo price tags and told the counter prices remain as scan. I went back to the aisle to look for another treats for my dog and saw all promo tags are gone. Wow, this is rather disappointing and disgusted act.

I have been there many times and I loved it but today I felt humiliated as one of the staff asked me to open up my all trolly so that she can check all that stuff I carry or as she thought I steal from store. It’s the 1st time I experienced such things and I can not get over it.

Woolworths needs to fix their lighting. It's so gloomy in there and the small footprint of the store makes it feel quite claustrophobic. I've switched to Coles because of the brighter lighting.

Well stocked shelves and a good variety of products. This supermarket is heavily reliant on the self service checkouts which is vexatious. Don't come here looking for apple sauce!

Tiny for a Woolworths and often lacking selection. If you're looking for any fresh food products, don't bother going after 4pm

Could be better. Woolworths really needs to give it a better reno to keep up with how great the Coles is here. Direct to boot should be available too.

One of the worst customer service , no one seems to be trained well , highly arrogant and have no customer service whatsoever. Annie was actually quite nice and helpful but Jess was terrible with a very bad attitude.

Friendly and helpful staff. A few weeks back I bought shampoo instead of conditioner for my sister. We both went to take it and exchange then I realised I was charged full price and not discount for that and another hair product item. Sales person and I went to look and the sales docket was an old one that hadn't been taken down. The store honoured the docket and gave us a full refund on both products. There is a large amount of products to choose from includinglarge deli. Very clean and tidy. Wheelchair accessible plenty of parking. Areas around store Still in progress with new stores being built.

Dealt with an employee Georgia. Ran into her in an aisle and she wa s’more than helpful. She was amazing. She gave me the exact locations of the products I was looking for as I was new to this store. She was so kind and helpful considering I am an elderly and I’m so grateful to Georgia for her helpful advice today.
