John was incredible in understanding my issue and provide treatment. I was in pain for over 9 months and had changed about 2 Physiotherapists but nobody could address the underlying issue and provide treatment as John. Definitely recommend New Energy Physio for their expertise and service.

Unbelievable! great experience, treatment and customer service for start to finish.I had a neck sprain and was in trouble for past two days. The clinic wasn't having any appointments available for that day. Understanding the pain and severity of my injury, John decided to treat me during his break time and it gave me so much of relief. He treated me well and made sure that I'm fit in one week's time. Gracias John !

John and the Team were able to quickly diagnose a long suffering degenerative issue and put me onto a recovery plan.The Clinic has all of the latest technology and really helpful staff.After every session they provide detailed instruction (with pictures) for the recommended routine.After 10 years of sports related treatments, this has been the most beneficial clinical practice i have experience!6/5 stars.

John is a great physiotherapist with his wealth of knowledge and all the tools that he uses for the treatment. I have seen massive improvement in my situation in just 3 sessions and now I have hope that I will recover to 100% after suffering for months. Can't recommend him enough!

After a disappointing experience elsewhere in Docklands that made my lower back pain worse (booked in for physio, ended up being treated by a chiro), I booked in with John. My only regret is I didn’t see him first! In just one session he was able to pinpoint the root cause of the pain and treat it with immediate relief. He uses multiple modalities - sound wave, shock wave, electrical stimulation and dry needles, as well as physical manipulation and rehab exercises. So thorough and professional - highly recommend.

John is really friendly and skilled! He quickly diagnosed the cause of my knee pain and provided immediate relief treatment. :)Edit: I revisited for a remedial massage, and Mr. Tomohiro was exceptional! He’s very respectful and patient. Moreover, he was able to target my trigger points. I’m feeling so much better afterwards!

John helped diagnose my piriformis syndrome and guided me through a series of sessions. Fortunately, most of my issues subsided when I stopped doing a recent exercise I had indulged in a bit too much. John is engaging and a pleasure to work with, answering all of my questions regarding recommended exercises and best approaches to recovery.

After more than 10 appointments at a local physio, I did not see any improvements whatsoever. A friend recommended I visit John at new energy physiotherpy, he fixed me up in only 3 sessions & I was like a new man with no pain! NEP cancelled my appointment with less than 24 hours notice for no reason and when I checked why they said it was because they gave their spot to a different client. What a joke.Details:Booked an appointment on a Monday. Received a call while I was at work asking to confirm the appointment and then was sent a follow up email. I responded within 1-2 hours of the call then email and was told another client had been given my slot for the next day. What a ridiculous system. Why have online bookings if you're just going to cancel them?Don't even bother, there are so many other physio's in the city. Just skip this one and move on
