Della Dale Aged Care

Our dad spent time in Respite at Della Dale. The staff were wonderful! Kind and compassionate and we felt dad was happy and comfortable. It has a very homely feel to it and being smaller, the residents get to know the staff as they are not dealing with agency etc. We appreciate all your care Nishan and team! Thank you, Angela

It is always a tough decision to choose a nursing home for a lived one. I can highly recommend Delladale Aged Care in North Ringwood. My father entered the home at age 93 with much apprehension but quickly settled in. As a small family owned and run facility, Delladale provides a home style environment where the residents are treated with love and respect. It is small enough for individualised care and the staff go out of their way to meet the needs of each patient. I especially like the fact that continuity of care is provided through regular staff who know the residents well and obviously enjoy their work. The director Nishan does an out standing job with his talent for creative problem solving and enthusiasm for improving the lives of those in his care. I would not hesitate to recommend Delladale Aged Care. Rosanne.

We have found all the staff at Della Dale outstanding. From our first visit, Nishan and staff spent literally hours talking with us, to really get to know my 94 year old mother. She has a degree of dementia, but the staff took endless trouble to find out what her life had been, who she is, and what she likes and dislikes. Through all the challenges of COVID, staff have worked tirelessly to support residents and families, and their communication is excellent. There is a real culture of kindness, and genuine interest in everyone's wellbeing. Just today, my mother said that the staff never make you feel that you are bothering them - they are always so willing to help. We have been very grateful to them for their care through a difficult time.

Nishan and the team at Della Dale have taken exceptional care of my mother during her stay who has Parkinson's and dementia. They have gone out of their way to ensure the upmost care is provided to make her feel comfortable and included in activities. Della Dale has embraced ways of keeping in touch with your loved ones, especially in this current climate we are all in. FaceTime & WhatsApp has allowed this to happen. My experience at Della dale has been delightful and rewarding. The staff are very caring and thoughtful. They have a great rapport with each other and look after the residents as if family. The facility is warm and homey rather than clinical. Wonderful lifestyle program, movie sessions, singing, games and more.

My Mum received such wonderful care while at Della Dale from Nishan and the amazing staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we shared a lovely Grandparents Day and Christmas Party with the staff and residents during Mums time. Della Dale was homely and welcoming while providing a high level of care and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The staff and carers at Della Dale have taken exceptional care of my mother. She has Lewy Body Dementia and often experiences anxiety and confusion. Everyone involved in her care has treated her with respect, compassion and kindness. She is encouraged to participate in activities that help her remain active creatively and socially. Never did I feel that she was simply left in a room - instead I saw her engaged and nurtured. Seeing her in a painting session was a highlight for me. They also treated our family with patience and respect - even when we weren’t at our best. The staff are all so understanding. I cannot fault Della Dale. While it is not fancy, the home is clean and comfortable. Most importantly, it is a home full of kindness and love. That’s all you can ask for when entrusting the care of a loved one to someone else. I would like to thank Nishan and all the wonderful staff at Della Dale Aged Care. The care, respect and love shown to my friend Juel was so beautiful to watch. Juel felt like she was apart of a big family with all the staff. She would often laugh when sharing funny stories that would happen during the day. I have watched Nishan and the staff with the other residents as well and they all go above and beyond with the special care given to make that person happy and secure. I would highly recommend Della Dale if you want your loved one to feel happy and always treated with respect.

Our beautiful mum was so fortunate to spend some time with the team at Della dale aged care facility. Nishan and the team cared for her with such kindness, compassion and integrity.Nothing was too much trouble with daily face time calls arranged, constant communication and updates provided. They also created a wonderful selection of activities to keep her both engaged and socialised.We are saddened that her time here has come to an end as we are sure she will miss it too.We can not recommend Della dale highly enough!
