Great staff with even better food. Loved the pizza we got. Large enough for two light to moderate eaters. Is a definite recommend if you're on your way through or in the area

This place was such a beautiful place on a lonely stretch of the Great Northern Hwy and so welcoming to travellers. Very neat clean and tidy for its location. Much nicer than Newman for meals and general refreshments. Definitely give this place a go!

Food was good. Very big sizes, though one little thing, we asked for the steak to be medium-rare, and on the rarer side. It was medium, slightly disappointing. But great spot to eat, bring the kids and relax

I purchased a chicken parmigiana last night at this establishment for $38. It was dry and burnt. I waited 20 minutes for it, which I thought was reasonable as there were others waiting before we arrived. I notified the bar staff politely, and accepted an offer of a pint of XXXX gold as compensation as I was with a group and was not in a position to wait again for another meal to be cooked. I consumed approximately 40% of it. I do not recommend this place to have a meal. I gave 2 stars as it has cold beer and the outside area is nice.

Unfortunately not a great eating experience this time round. Known it in the past as having provided flavoursome, well presented & large portions of tasty food on many previous occasions.This time was disappointed with the food being doused with dressing that totally overrode all the other ingredients & flavours in the dishes to the extent I needed to drink water to get rid of the bitter after taste. Not pleasant.One of our group ordered pizza that definitely did not taste how it should.Feedback was definitely conveyed to them about the pizza & refund received so no issues there.The salad had large chunks of sugar-coated nuts which was a big turn off.TBH - for value, flavour & the fact I usually enjoy the food I eat, I will not be going back because this time I found the food lacking in all of the above.Have rated them 2-stars due to the fact the premises are still clean, tidy & pleasant.

Capricorn Bar and Grill is an awesome place to grab pizzas, burgers, ribs and drinks if you’re looking for a place with great atmosphere and good service.There’s two lines, one for food and one for drinks, so you won’t find yourself waiting too long. The food also came out relatively quickly. Being only 6 minutes from the airport, definitely worth coming here if you’re nearby!

Great place for excellent steaks, probably the best eating place near Newman. The prices are a little expensive but was very clean and fresh tasting food. Went there for early dinner, ordered medium rare steak and will be coming back again to try their other food. The lady who served me was very friendly.
