After taking my vehicle for multiple servicing over recent months/years. I'm now faced with a hefty repair bill due to this companies failure to adhere to manufactures service schedule/recommendations . And have had to take the vehicle back the next day after a service on other occasions. MY ADVICE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !

Asked for a fan belt, and the guy had no idea, and didn't ask anyone else in the office, I had part number also photo of belt number. I ended up going to another place they asked for part number and my VIN number and ordered the part. Never again I'll go there for parts. Looks like they don't care for the little guy.

after spending app. $2400 to have a service the truck came out shaking and dangerous, i had to spend a further $1200 elsewhere to repair the damage caused by this workshop. I do not recommend bayswater truck service to anyone
