I dropped off a parcel return last night, arriving just prior to closure. I expected the staff to be cranky with me coming in just prior to closing. The two ladies working greeted me warmly, assisted me in understanding what paperwork was required and generally provided great service.

I recently sent a box with this mob..Few of my family members never got there Christmas gifts this year 2022..they were waiting patiently for them and only too find out that it wasnt in the box i sent them in..it never made it to them heart broken" stuff.. believethe items/gifts never made it over the ditch they just went missing/stolen here at the depo...sad#"

BAD SERVICE , THEY DIDN’T DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY , always said want to call me but they’re not . I tried to called everything up myself . They just gave me an excuse and said didn’t get any reply from another department . I REALLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THEM , they ruining my marriage day with their irresponsible way

Have been sent packages several times with DHL and can’t fault them. Excellent tracking and online system, I generally don’t like packages sent to my home due to theft risk and generally nobody is home but when I order goods they don’t give you any other option. I appreciate that dhl offers you the chance when the package lands in Australia to update the details so I usually change it to pick up from the eagle farm depot.

Location easy to find and with your access code sent to you by SMS obtaining your documents from the lockers couldn’t be easier . There is a staff member in attendance should assistance be required.A pain free experience.
