Staff were super helpful in recommending some horror games for the PS4, they had great product knowledge and helped me find a game that would suite my likes. We landed on Dying Light 2. Staff also thoroughly explained the ins and outs of trade ins, return guarantees, and optional warrantee for the games. Will definitely be coming back for more games in the future.

I have very little knowledge of games and consoles. i went in and was met with a super friendly guy named paul. He answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and wasn’t judgmental at all which i’ve experienced at other EB stores. i recommend this store in particular!!!

Excellent customer service from all members of the team here. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went for one item and ended up picking up an extra item. Nathan made this my go to store when I’m not in the US!
