Olinda Primary School

truly one of the schools of all time

Honestly i wish i could of rated this higher because this school is very accepting to everybody , great staff and students.When I first started at Olinda I was very young and immature I made a couple great friends that I'm no longer friends with to this day which sucks.Olinda is a very small school even for when I first started and everybody seemed to leave once the new principal came, I was at Olinda for 4yrs (prep-3) and i never honestly matured that much. I definitely found on my last few months at olinda that the teachers definitely payed a lot more attention to the 'troubled' kids with autism or ADHD and kinda left us behind a bit. When i finally moved from olinda at the start of yr 3 i was put back into yr 2 due to them FAILING my education, telling my Mother that emotionally i wouldn't be able to survive in a governmental school with 170 Students from a school with 15 students, Just to cover up that they failed to teach me. Moving from olinda was a great decision for me (my opinion) and i definitely don't regret it, i matured after leaving alot for the best.Olinda was definitely a great school for the first few years like ive said but my experience wasn't the best. I still respect Olinda and definitely hope the best for the teachers and students :))Again this is all in my opinion.
