I had to visit as a matter of urgency today , I was accommodated with an emergency appointment even though they were busy and booked out and received a call an hour before asking if it would be possible to go in earlier. The lady who did my procedure ( Joyce ) was an absolute pleasure. She was friendly but professional, alleviated all my concerns and consulted with the doctor to make sure my results were ready immediately. She then advised me on the best course of urgent action for my condition, all the while reassuring with her words and attitude, I cannot praise her enough.

The ladies at the reception were lovely disappointed in the girl that did my ultrasound on my shoulder. Would not do another part of my shoulder that I asked her to do 2x. She said no I will do what I always do. Cheers now I need to go back and have another one done

Receptionist rude and radiographer rude too, felt like brainwashing centre constantly telling me being forced to be jabbed is for greater good. Will not be going to SKG again. And to think I pay taxes for this....

Danielle in reception is extremely rude , unhelpful and lacks compassion! She clearly hates her job so maybe should look for another one

The incompetent receptionist stuffed my booking twice. I have a ruptured bicep and have been waiting for more than 3weeks to get an ultrasound. Today I gave up and rebooked elsewhere, if there are any complications for having the scan so late, I'm going to come down on SKG Cockburn like a ton of bricks legally.

One receptionist was quite rude on arrival, however all the others were lovely. The Ultrasonographer was extremely professional and very friendly.

Friendly, attentive and professional. I was impressed with my X-ray procedure and wait times were very minimal.
