Just received my Nemo halfmoon betta this week and she looks as beautiful as the photo on the website. She was well packed with a heat pack and she is very active since arrival. Will definitely order again if I could set up another betta tank

The fish I purchased looked nothing like their photos and when I contacted 7fishes he told me this was normal for transport even though I picked them up myself. These fish never swam around and died within 2 weeks and a month of purchase. Not what I expected when spending $100.

My fish arrived healthy and as described. Just a note in regards to the transporter and I’m just bringing it to your attention although I know it’s beyond your control. My fish took 2 days to arrive and arrived exactly at the same time as another order via regular Australia Post which I had made on the same day and also from NSW so you might what to review whether StarTrack is suitable for SA

the fish quality, looks and health, is excellent. delivery was fast and reasonably priced. i was really impressed with this store and am only sad i don’t have more tanks to buy more bettas from them. i really like how what you see pictured is what you get.

Betta arrived and he absolutely exceeds my expectation . Packaged well, although package took 2 night instead of one to arrive. Very happy

Best live fish delivery I’ve had so far! My betta looked incredibly healthy and was packaged very well, he settled into his new tank with ease and was even eating right away. Could not recommend these guys more!

2 recent orders of 3 Betta fish in each. All fish have arrived safely and in good health. No problems to date. May look at setting up another tank so I can order more!
