I just wanted to say how impressed I was when I visited your Hornsby store on the 3rd. I was looking around and was approached by a 'Dan' lovely man who was more then willing to help me, as a customer sometimes when you approach someone stacking shelves they can act like you have interrupted them and that its not worth it at times to even bother to ask. Dan was lovely though, and although you didnt have what I needed Dan spent about 15 minutes with me brainstorming other ideas that I could use for my bathroom. I left feeling really valued as a person and its was the best customer service I have received in a long time.I hope you pass this on to him and left him know that the time he spent with me really made my day.

Return experience is very poor and stressful. The products are of poor quality and they make a faulty product return a terrible experience. For cheap products and better return experience head to Kmart, Aldi or Target in the same building.

This is your typical dollar shop style store. Has some good supply of inexpensive party supplies and variety of stuff for home. It is still open during the lockdown which is great.

Lovely staff. Store is set up good. I have a pram and sometimes it's hard to get through stores but this has enough room

Plenty of sale items/stock. Manager was a bit too fussy with customer returns on on incorrect sized items for my dog. But nice shop none the less.
