Holloway’s have been consistently excellent in our recent multiple moves. They also have great support when you use their storage facility. They are professional, courteous and always on time. Their employees have been gentle with our special items and efficient. In particular, Mark and Diego, were absolutely fantastic as movers, taking care to wrap items for us and nothing was too much trouble. We can highly recommend Holloway’s for all your removals.Daniel in the storage facility has always been very helpful. Holloway’s for storage is the best, from the warehouse to the office staff. Used Holloway to move an awkward promotional item for work. Customer Service was great, communication through out was great and the guys moving the stuff were very professional. Stress-free and seamless experience at great value. Will use again, for both professional and personal moves. Highly recommend.

I have moved with these guys 4 times and their service is super great - they always have such a can-do attitude and work so hard to get everything done efficiently. The most recent time I moved was a stressful period - right as social distancing measures came into effect, with everyone feeling a lot of anxiety, and it happened to be a really hot day. These guys worked so hard and were so professional and helpful in spite of all the challenges. Plus, they're well priced! Definitely recommend!

Total headache before even moving my belongings into storage. I was dealing with James who from the beginning gave me wrong open and closing information causing a real inconvenience for the whole process, I was then transferred to 3 different people i less than 24 hours who all gave me different information about my storage space and costs. I had to take an emergency flight in 48 hours for a funeral and needed to collect my passport and other important travel documentation which I explained to James about how serious the situation was and he then accused me of making up stories about attending a funeral and refused me access to my unit and told me only way I could get my items is if someone from the company went into my unit and through my PERSONAL BELONGINGS to find it! That defeats the WHOLE PURPOSE of private storage units. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HOLLOWAY SELF STORAGE SYDNEY. Terrible customer service and false advertising.

From the start to the end of the process, all the the staff were attentive to details, mindful of my concerns and overall accommodating and flexible.Arianne was helpful in clarifying my queries and concerns.Williams and Denny were extremely professional in their handling of fragile items, plants, etc. They were quick, punctual and friendly. Making our move day a lot less stressful.Brianna's reminder and follow up calls were very good to keep track of the removal schedule.A huge thank you to you all.

Very professional moving and storage company located in Arncliffe. The movers I had were on time, friendly, strong and efficient.The staff at the storage office give great customer service.

Tim David arrived on my job. I got David and Ali. I had the best service possible with them. I couldn't recommend them highly. In the future I will be requesting there service specifically. 10 stars if possible. Best removalists I have ever dealt with.

Paul and Andrew from Holloways did a fantastic job with our big house move. Both guys were extremely polite and respectful of our household items. Not a single thing was damaged during the move and Paul and Andrew were able to move fridges, couches, beds in just two truckloads. Highly recommend these guys for your next house move.

Wow! Danillo and Carlos were just fantastic today. Big 12 hour day with plenty of heavy awkward stuff. Very professional, energetic and courteous. I am moving again I n 6 months and will definitely use Holloways. Hope I get the same 2 guys.

BewareJob was to collect household goods and put it in shipping container.Big disappointment was that things were just thrown in container without any care, and Holloway was advised it is export cargo. Anyhow, charge was like it was carefully set into container. One positive thing, is last minute booking accepted. Seems to me, that here we have many fake / paid reviews. I would avoid at all cost to engage them.
