I enrolled in a Diploma of Leadership and Management months ago. I have tried to contact them numerous times for support with no reply at all. Try to contact them by either email or phone is not possible as the phone just tells you they are in administration and some someone will contact you in June and you get no reply from email. Absolute joke and rip off. $1500 and they will give you no support or assistance or even contact in any form. Very dissapointing and very poor service on their behalf. Still taking money and enrolling students in courses when they do not have the capacity to facilitate and/or provide support for students enrolled in their courses.

Signed up in March 23 and day 1 starting course couldn’t access certain lectures on portal sent help requests…. 3 months later no correspondence or follow through. They don’t answer phones, or my weekly follow up Emails. Totally frustrated!The only communication I managed to receive was when I resorted ask a question via website customer service. Someone said complaint has been sent to “management”, excuse was: we are “short staffed” right now. I said after all the above I don’t know how Mentor is going to assist me completing this course, refund request has been sent. After further two weeks with no contact. I’m escalating this!!

I didn’t expect that “mentor education “ would be in this situation. It was recommended by one of my colleagues to enrol with it. I did enrol in 31/3/23 in one of the courses and fully paid the fees. However, I only knew later that it had gone into “administration “ in March 20, 2023. Mentor education duped me to pay the whole tuition fees. Isn’t this financial fraud? Candidly, I didn’t expect. I amawaiting for the response from the new RTO. Already submitted all assignments for the 2 units for the grading. Only god knows! Cheers!

My son is still waiting on his Cert VI certificate in Financial Services.He started the course in October 2020 - submitted assessments that were slow to be marked and several weren’t. Whilst waiting for assessments to be marked the course was updated and my son had to redo the whole course and all assessments as they were no longer valid and new assessments were also added. (Although the update was through no fault of Mentor the snail’s pass in which they mark them does have a significant affect. There was also no warning that there was going to be an update of the course). He had to repeatedly contact Mentor for assessments to be marked and for new assessments to be released. The waiting times are outrageous and he was always being redirected or asked to email in. Although my son has now completed all the assessments and they have all been marked as competent, he was constantly asking for assessments to be marked to make this happen. He is still waiting for his Certificate to show that he has passed the course. We have been waiting now for 6 months!The consequence is that he was unable to apply for University for 2023 and may miss out on next year’s intake as well.Not good enough!

Mark is a wonderful person to assist with the issue I have had with Mentor education for over 12 Months.Finally, the hardcopy certificate I received was a piece of Cardboard printed out by a colour printer (UNPROFESSIONAL) and looked UGLY and CHEAP-CHEAPPlease keep in mind anyone who is doing their course with this provider.Thanks.SS

I should have read the reviews here before I enroled the course with Mentor 4 months ago. I struggled so hard to communicate with them to get some help but no one hasn't getting back to me but genetic email. And today, I just realised that they are under administration! Nobody reaches me out telling me this and ithey shouldn't have accepted any new students if they obviously knew that they have an operation issue. What should I do next? Contact ASIC or ACCC to lodge complaint? Where should I get my money back?? Anyone knows what I need to do? Please help!

I signed up for the Accounting and bookkeeping course and due to multiple factors I could no longer continue. My application for a refund was accepted in December 2022 and I was told I would receive it within 28 days. The 28 days was January 17th, it is now the 7th of February. After back and forth emails with accounting I still have not received the refund nor have I had any explanation for the delay. It has been passed onto the CEO and I have not been given any update. I have contacted multiple times only to be told it’s being looked into. The refund has been approved, I have jumped through the required hoops and still no answer as to what is causing the delay. I’m very disappointed to how this has gone about there for I don’t recommend studying through Mentor Education.

I found the course very well put together and easy to follow. Any problems or questions I had were answered by Mark my mentor or the help desk within a day or two. When I was struggling to complete the course due to work commitments, I contacted my mentor, and he arranged extra time for me which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who has auditing experience and needs to get a qualification.

Painful. Incredibly difficult to communicate with. They won't reply to any of your emails. Not helpful at all when it comes to marking modules. The feedback they provide is a generic automated response that gives you no specific information at all. At one stage they took 5 months to mark 2 modules, only to tell me I was missing part of the module so they could not mark any of it! Even though I had completed all the questions. On top of that, they only release 2 modules at a time so I could not do any further work, 5 months into my 1-year course. At one stage they released all my modules so I could access and work on them all. Within 24 hours they were all locked again and I had to call AGAIN to be given access.I'll give them 1 star because I can't give 0 and the ladies at the call center are actually really nice. :')

What a scam! They claim to have simulated work place assessments but they don't. Then when students are unable to complete it because they don't have a workplace, they refuse to refund. Setting students up to fail is not acceptable. Also refusing to answer emails or phone calls is really poor form!And no before you reply with the stock reply-I'm not a student; I'm the parent of a student.
