Crystal Car Wash Parramatta

recently visited Crystal Carwash and thougth find a great carwash but unfortunately it was extremely disappointed with the quality of their service.Despite paying for a wash that was supposed to include wax and a bonnet lifted wash,signature wash + other extras my car was not given either of these treatments.Furthermore, it seemed that the staff at Crystal Carwash were in a hurry to get my car washed and out of their facility as quickly as possible. As a result, there were many areas of my car that were left dirty, and the overall cleaning job was far from professional.Overall, I would not recommend Crystal Carwash to anyone looking for a quality car wash.(just quick wash) The service is lacking and it seems that the staff are more interested in getting through as many cars as possible rather than doing a thorough job.Save your money and go elsewhere for a proper car wash.Next time I will mention it to them if not listen then will not take my car there after deal end and change it to 1 star rating for their serviceDO NOT EXCEPT THEIR 6 MONTHS DEAL TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY UNFORTUNATELY.

The supervisor is very rude. When it comes to renewal time the supervisor talks very sweet and try to lure customer. When it comes to service the car. They don’t keep their words. Manipulating the customers to pay extra from their pocket and also deducting extra car washes from the package which is like robbing the customer.

The best place to get your car wash in Parramatta. They do detailed car cleaning inside and out. Highlight recommend.

Only recommended for basic wash i.e. external wash(4min). Don’t go for any other premium washes here as it’s complete waste of money. My experience with signature car wash was below average and hence not recommendable.

-Paid $399 for complete exterior and interior detailingIf you actually care about your vehicle, avoid this place at all costs. Your money is better spent on a proper detailing done by a professional. If you're a big enough goof to use the automated car wash, your car will immediately dip in resale value as it emerges with scratches deeper than the Grand Canyon. Rims were still dirty as hell after the most expensive exterior detailing package.Interior detailing was passable, all the nooks were cleaned. Also confident that the kid vacuuming the interior was still of primary school age. Expect to get hustled from the beginning for overpriced package deals. Extra star for the unlimited coffee. I emptied all the milk out of that thing.

Refused service I wanted and would only clean car for $99 dollar package. He tried to tell me it was really dirty. It wasnt so I went to Coles car wash across the road for $30. And cleaned it in 10 mins. Don't bother they are scammers

I don't want to tarnish someone's Business,but they did it to themselves,they have stolen a pair of sunglasses that were worth $800 and a blue jbl speaker from my car ,I will be going there when I get back from qld and demand cctv footage ,they think I have forgotten but I will be back next week and going straight there!!!! On top of that they don't do a good job at all,go next door to five star ,they are better

Would not recommend. Staff are extremely pushy - I was made to feel very uncomfortable by multiple staff members who repeatedly tried to upsell me on a yearly package, although I stated that I was not willing to commit as it was my first visit and I hadn't even seen what the wash was like yet. When I finally convinced them that I wasn't going to put down over $1,000 that day they were extremely condescending and dismissive. Also a very high price for a largely automated service. Will not be returning and if upselling is a major feature of this chain I will be avoiding it.

This place did a great job. I chose the in and out service which was $40. Very good value and a thorough job.Windows were done perfect, door jams and all plastics wiped over, no spots missed on the wheels. No issues whatsoever.The setup these guys have make it very efficient. Staff were friendly and the manager seems to do a once over on all the cars before they leave.Previous reviews don't make the place sound to good. I'd say they've fixed the issues up.The manager does push for an up sell but that's his job and how businesses make money. If you don't want a higher package simply say no thanks and they seem to happily oblige.Also didn't ask me for any extra money considering my car was covered in dog hair.They also have a DIY dog wash!!I'll definitely use these guys again. Thanks!
