This guy called Cameron is absolutely not reliable. I strongly DO NOT recommend him to anyone. Two weeks ago on a Monday I called him in to fix our walk in freezer as its temperature kept rising. On arrival he assumed it was leaking gas and told us it could be easily fixed just by refilling the gas so he went up to the roof and refilled the gas straight away before providing me a quote. After he did the job and asked for 850 dollars for just refilling the gas. I used to pay less than less than 200 bucks for the same job. After negotiation I ended up paying 400 cash for this. It was a total ripoff. 5 days later I found that the temperature of the freezer room was abnormal again. So I contacted him again. He said he could come on Friday but never showed up. I called him again and he agreed to come in the next Tuesday which is today due to the long weekend. On arrival he went up to the roof again and found some connection of the compressor damaged and disconnected. How on earth could this happen that he failed to spot signs of damage to the compressor at the first place and all of a sudden it got damaged and disconnected mysteriously just after 4-5 days he was up to the roof mucking around our freezer. I have to call another technitian to come fix the problem. 400 bucks have gone down the drain. Waste of time and money.

If there is zero star for them,they deserve that .once you pay them they never reply call or text. After 1week our freezer he fixed it stopped working. When we said it’s should be serviced call . He always said coming tomorrow then again tomorrow. Never turned up. You know us my staff mobile he replies but not our call or text . Once he knows u need him or services call . He will never reply call.Be careful of this company. They fix freezer which will work only while they are there after week stop working.

Cameron attended to our call to look at a faulty 4-door commercial freezer at my workplace and was able to come on the same day we called!He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and provided some options for the repairs.What I like about Cameron is that he provides the most simple solution first, avoiding additional costs where possible, and so that we can start using the freezer again ASAP, and gives us the space to make a decision regarding the repairs without being pushy.It came down to a faulty controller, and advised us that the fan motor will need changing soon.It was very simple and straightforward to have work done by Cameron.One of the best (if not the best) commercial freezer technicians we have worked with so far.

Thank you Antoinette for organising the boys, Cameron and co, to install an aircon for us this morning, the guys were on time and professional in every way possible even fixing my on/off switch next to the outside unit, I'm grateful for his advice and look forward to working with them again in the near future well done
